Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to OikoHire ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OikoHire website, AI-assisted recruiting platform, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").
Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Account Registration & Responsibilities
OikoHire serves two primary user types: Candidates seeking employment and Companies seeking to hire. Your responsibilities vary depending on your account type.
Candidate Accounts
If you register as a Candidate, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your professional experience, education, and skills. You authorize OikoHire to share your profile and assessment results with prospective employers based on your privacy settings.
Company Accounts
If you register on behalf of a Company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Company to these Terms. You are responsible for all job postings, communications, and hiring decisions made through the Service.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
AI Output & Automation Disclaimers
Note: OikoHire heavily utilizes Artificial Intelligence to analyze resumes, conduct preliminary screening, and generate interview questions. Please read this section carefully.
Nature of AI Systems
You acknowledge that the Service employs machine learning models and artificial intelligence (AI) to process data. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems are probabilistic and may occasionally produce outputs that are inaccurate, biased, or incomplete.
Not Sole Determinant
Companies agree that OikoHire's AI-generated candidate scores, screening summaries, and recommendations are intended as assistive tools only. They should not be used as the sole determinant in any hiring or employment decision. Human review and judgment are required to ensure fair and compliant hiring practices.
Candidate Consent to AI Processing
Candidates acknowledge and consent that their submitted data (including resumes, cover letters, and interview responses) will be processed by automated AI systems to evaluate suitability for open roles.
User Content and Data Privacy
Our data practices are comprehensively described in our Privacy Policy . By using OikoHire, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

- •By submitting User Content, you grant OikoHire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service.
