OikoHire provides a platform that connects job seekers, recruiters, employers, and hiring organizations.
Role of OikoHire
OikoHire operates a recruiting marketplace and recruitment/candidate-information platform that includes AI-supported matching and recruiting workflow tools. The Services allow candidates to create profiles, search or apply for jobs, and make their information available to employers and recruiters. To the extent the Services involve the provision of recruitment information or candidate information, OikoHire will operate the Services in accordance with applicable recruitment, employment security, personal information, and consumer-protection laws.
OikoHire does not provide individualized employment placement, career agency, or hiring-decision services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement or required regulatory disclosure.

Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination
Employers, recruiters, and other users must not post job opportunities, send messages, make requests, use search or filtering features, or make recruiting or hiring decisions through the Services in a way that unlawfully discriminates against, harasses, excludes, or disadvantages any person based on race, nationality, creed, sex, social status, family origin, previous profession, labor union membership, disability, age where protected by law, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Employers and recruiters must ensure that job postings and recruitment communications do not include unlawful conditions or preferences, including discriminatory eligibility requirements or statements, and must promptly correct or remove any content that OikoHire reasonably identifies as potentially unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each employer, recruiter, hiring organization, and other user acting in a business or commercial capacity (each, a "Business User") agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OikoHire and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, service providers, and licensors from and against any third-party claims, governmental or regulatory proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to the Business User's use of the Services.
This indemnity includes claims or proceedings arising out of or relating to: (a) job postings, recruiter profiles, company profiles, recruitment communications, candidate selection criteria, hiring decisions, or other information or content submitted, controlled, or used by the Business User; (b) the Business User's access to, use, disclosure, retention, export, or other handling of candidate information; (c) alleged discrimination, harassment, unlawful interview questions, inaccurate or misleading recruitment information, or violations of employment, labor, immigration, recruitment, employment-security, personal-information, consumer-protection, or other applicable laws; or (d) the Business User's breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
This indemnity also applies to candidates or job seekers acting in an individual consumer capacity to the extent permitted by applicable law for claims arising from their own intentional misconduct, fraud, infringement, or unlawful content.
OikoHire will provide reasonable notice of any indemnifiable claim where practicable, may control the defense and settlement of any claim involving OikoHire, and may require the Business User's reasonable cooperation. OikoHire will review complaints and reports in a reasonable and timely manner, may request additional information, and may take appropriate action, including removing or correcting content, limiting access to candidate information, suspending accounts, notifying affected users, or cooperating with competent authorities where required by law.
Employers and recruiters must cooperate with OikoHire's review of complaints and promptly correct, update, or remove inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or discriminatory recruitment information when requested.

10. Privacy
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Payments, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
If OikoHire offers paid plans, subscriptions, marketplace services, usage-based credits, or other paid features, the applicable prices, billing cycle, included features, usage limits, taxes, renewal terms, and payment method will be disclosed at checkout, in the applicable order form, subscription page, pricing page, or other commercial disclosure.
Unless the applicable order form, subscription page, or written agreement states otherwise, fees are charged in advance and are due at the time of purchase or renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, expressly stated in the applicable refund policy, or agreed by OikoHire in writing.
If a paid subscription renews automatically, the renewal period, renewal price, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase or renewal where required. You may cancel future renewals through your account settings or by contacting OikoHire at the support or legal contact listed in these Terms. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable refund policy.
OikoHire may change paid features, fees, plan limits, or billing terms with advance notice where required by applicable law or by the applicable agreement. Price or plan changes will not apply retroactively to a current paid term unless you agree, the applicable agreement allows the change, or applicable law permits it.
To the extent required by Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions or other applicable consumer-protection laws, OikoHire will provide required commercial transaction disclosures, including the business operator information, price, payment timing and method, service start timing, cancellation and refund terms, and customer support contact information.
12. Changes to These Terms
OikoHire may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, applicable law, security or operational requirements, pricing or plan structure, or other reasonable business needs.
When we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms, updating the effective or last-updated date, and, where appropriate or required by law, providing notice through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect.
Unless a later date is stated, updated Terms become effective when posted. For material changes that materially affect user rights or obligations, we will provide a reasonable advance notice period where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different method of consent.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may close your account before the updated Terms take effect. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may close their accounts at any time.
OikoHire may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services, remove content, or take other proportionate action if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, provided false or misleading information, misused candidate or employer information, failed to pay amounts due, created a security or legal risk, engaged in fraud or abusive conduct, posted inaccurate or unlawful recruitment information, or otherwise used the Services in a way that may harm OikoHire, other users, candidates, employers, recruiters, or the integrity of the Services.
Where practicable and appropriate, OikoHire will provide notice and an opportunity to cure or respond before terminating an account. However, OikoHire may act immediately, without prior notice, where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services, prevent fraud or security harm, comply with law, address unlawful or discriminatory content, preserve evidence, or avoid material legal, operational, or reputational risk.
Any suspension, restriction, content removal, or termination will be assessed in light of the nature, severity, recurrence, and likely impact of the conduct at issue. Users may request review of an account action by contacting OikoHire at the contact details listed in these Terms.
If you close your account or your account is terminated, you remain responsible for obligations incurred before closure or termination, including any unpaid fees. Where available and legally permitted, you should export or save any account information you need before closing your account. OikoHire will retain or delete account information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and legitimate business needs.
