Built from experience
OikoHire grew from Oikotechno’s experience recruiting staff for clients and assembling skilled technical teams for time-limited client projects, specifically in the IT industry. Through that work, we gained insight into the broader labor market industry: organizations require ever faster and more effective ways to find capable people, while professionals are continually seeking access to opportunities that match their skills, experience, availability, and ambitions.
Our platform allows organizations to publish employment, contract, freelance, and project opportunities. Professionals can create profiles, explore available work, present their qualifications, and connect with organizations seeking their capabilities. OikoHire provides the information, matching, and recruiting-workflow tools that help both sides identify suitable opportunities and make informed decisions.
Broad by design
OikoHire is designed to serve the broader employment market, not only the IT industry. At the same time, our connection with Oikotechno gives us practical experience in project-based work, specialist talent sourcing, international business, and the changing ways in which organizations engage skilled professionals.
Clear relationships
Some opportunities displayed on OikoHire may be supported by Oikotechno or another Oiko group company through separately identified recruiting, staffing, subcontracting, or managed-service arrangements. Other opportunities allow employers and professionals to connect and enter into arrangements directly. The nature of each opportunity and OikoHire’s role will be identified in the relevant listing or service terms.
